PREMISES INNOVATIONS
Premises Innovations was formed in 2019 with a business focus centered around the grounds maintenance aspect of both residential and commercial properties, hence the name Premises. Our goal is to identify and develop engineered products that yield improved functional capabilities and a reduction in maintenance relative to what the industry currently offers. We are launching our first landscape lighting product under the trademark name Vertigo. This product is a highly functional upgrade from traditional stake mounts often used in path light installations.
In the upcoming years, we expect to expand our product portfolio. We presently have several ideas working their way through design and development. One of our key drivers from an engineering standpoint is to generate products that we can get excited about. Products we are proud to market because they are well designed, constructed and offer a unique value to the customer.
